On September 22, All-Ukrainian Forum of Local Governance was held in Lviv. Mayors, heads of territorial communities, representatives of ministries and energy experts talked about how Ukrainian cities and villages are going through the most difficult winter. The team of the bureau participated in the organization of the forum.
The participants discussed the strategy and powers of cities during the war, community finances, the heating season, the role of agglomerations, and how cities help Ukrainians.
The forum became another platform for discussing the future development of Ukraine and its communities. Despite all the challenges currently facing the organizers of conference events, participants and speakers still insist on offline meetings, because they need communication, support and the opportunity to discuss current issues.
